ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY – AUTO PARTS NEAR ME

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our experienced technicians will verify that the part is in stock, in working condition, and ready for shipment.


🔍 PART VERIFICATION & APPROVAL

We will send you actual photos of the part after it is removed from the donor vehicle.

You will have 2 business days to review and approve the images.

The approval period is valid for up to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

After your approval, we will prepare and ship the part within 5 business days.


🚚 SHIPPING & TRACKING

Within 2 business days after dispatch, you will receive tracking and freight details via email.


SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Smaller items (such as sensors or control modules) are shipped to the billing address provided.

Larger items (such as engines and transmissions) must be delivered to a business or commercial location. Please include the following when ordering:

  • Business name and complete address

  • Provide the name, direct phone number, and email of the person responsible for receiving the shipment

  • Permission for us to communicate with the contact person directly if needed

📦 Important: If a forklift is required for unloading, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost.


📦 UPON DELIVERY

Please ensure a complete inspection of the shipment is conducted prior to signing any delivery confirmation.

If any damage is visible, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and retain a copy for your records.
